1995	First major upgrading project worth $61.5 million Approved by BCA as a highest grade L6 supplier for precast concrete products, with unlimited tendering capacity Prefab Technology Pte Ltd and Prefab Technology 3 Pte Ltd were awarded ISO 9002 certification
1996	First contract with project value that broke through the $100 million mark
1997	First Design & Build project worth $104 million Awarded CIDB Best Buildable Design Award 1997 Awarded a silver medallion by HDB in recognition of Hor Kew Private Limited’s contribution as a business partner Attained ISO 9002 certification
